A Mobile Treasure Hunt through SA’s History

This exciting Mobile Treasure Hunt  at Century City takes teams through the last 350 years of South Africa’s history and the people that helped shape it. What you thought you did or didn't know about our country, its people and those who fought for its freedom, comes to life among the 100 life-size, bronze statues.

The Mobile Treasure Hunt gets the chance to tell a story and gives participants the opportunity to experience and understand a place, people or circumstances in more detail.

This one takes you through The Long March to Freedom exhibition at Century City, which tracks four centuries of South Africa’s history through historical figures like Nelson Mandela, Cissie Gool, Samora Machel, and Helen Suzman.

X-Spier-ience it

A Put Foot Challenge on Spier Wine Estate

Kick start your day by collecting veggies and fruit on the farm to blend your team’s “put foot” smoothies, powered solely by the pedal of your stationary bike!  From here your team will race in various directions, ending with a picnic lunch on the banks of the Eerste River.

This Put Foot Challenge is an exciting and fun filled amazing race type event (on foot!) and a great way to  X-Spier-ience the wonders of Spier while teams complete various tasks, identify certain items and work out answers to cryptic questions while making their way to the final destination.

Bees, Blossoms, and Chardonnay

Amazing Race in the Elgin Valley

Experience the spectacular countryside of Elgin in a very exciting way on this unique Amazing Race just one hour outside of Cape Town.  Known as the valley of “Bees, Blossoms, and Chardonnay” you and your team will taste it, see it, do it and make sure you capture it all as you go, because you’re going to want to remember it!

The Group will be divided into teams where they will start off with ice breakers and a briefing of the day’s event.  They will receive a race-kit, maps and clues to navigate their way around the magnificent Elgin Valley. En-route they will answer questions and stop at numerous check points, completing challenges and tastings before moving onto their next destination.

This event is the perfect team building add on to our Overnight Elgin Conference package.
