Spend an adventurous day in the Hemel en Aarde Valley just outside Hermanus.

The valley is dotted with wine farms and is a beautiful area with breathtaking mountain, valley, river and ocean views - an ideal location for tree top zip lines and mountain & vineyard quad biking.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Experience one of South Africa’s fastest growing adventures with thousands of satisfied thrill-seekers having already caught the bug.

Tree Top Zip Lines: 90 Min:
High above the ground (8 to 10 Metres) the 2 guides will allow you to glide from platform to platform with only the local eagles and birdlife noise echoing in the forest. The 9 to 12 platform slides range from 20 meters to 120 meters and with a safe breaking system you control the speed at which you travel. So it could be a fast adrenaline experience or it could just be a slow easy glide high above the ground.

Mountain & Vineyard Quad Biking: 90 Min:
This route takes you through the world-renowned vineyards of Hamilton Russell and Southern Right wineries. Travel up the mountain and through the fynbos kingdom. This route takes you into the Fernkloof Nature Reserve and your half way point is one of the most pristine look-out points in the Western Cape. From here you will have a spectacular birds-eye-view of Hermanus. Cameras on this trip are an absolute must! Optional: Wine tasting en-route.
